Family Friendly Blount

I don't hit the salon every 4-6 weeks.  I'm on a semi-annual schedule.   With a busy schedule and a tight budget, routine maintenance has taken a backseat.  I see women strolling about with fresh, sun-kissed highlights.  As much as I love the look, blonde can require a lot of maintenance.  Isn't their a way to lighten-up for summer without breaking the budget?

Yes!  Ombre color is a growing trend.  Beauty of a Woman's website describes the technique as "easy to carry on."  Because the color is darker at the roots, upkeep is minimal.  Marina, Family Friendly Blount's favorite stylist, first applied ombre styling in November of 2011.  I went back a few weeks ago – 4 months after my last color – to get refreshed.  The application grew out so well the line of demarcation from the color was virtually invisible.  

During my most recent grooming event, Marina and I decided to go for something a bit more drastic.  Variations are endless with this hand-painted process.  Whether you want to brighten things up or rock an edgy 'do, the trend is low maintenance and easily customized providing a solution for even the most conservative clients.
